IF SOMETHING IS WORTH DOING, IT'S WORTH DOING WELL!!

EBSC MEET THIS WEEKEND!! All swimmers attending the meet, should have received an email from Kenda with session timings. If you didn't, send Kenda an email. In spite of lots of illness the past few weeks, there are many things you can focus on at a meet. Think about it ahead of time, and be ready to let your coach know what you want them to watch for you. Let's go KSSC!

SWIMMER OF THIS DECKSPRAY is Sophia Adam! This is Sophia's first year with competitive swimming and she has a really positive attitude. She has attempted things she has never done before and keeps smiling all the time!! Way to go Sophia!!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE - Thanks again to the many swimmers who have stayed home when sick - coaches realize it's frustrating for you when you miss a few practices, but it's short term pain for long term gain! We're not over the worst of the cold/flu season yet, so keep washing your towels (more than once every few weeks!!!).  For those of you getting the H1N1 vaccine and finding your arms quite sore, it's better for you to come to practice and move the arm to distribute the vaccine, than to stay at home.

PRACTICE CHANGES COMING UP:  

1. NO PRACTICES THIS FRI/SAT/SUN for Squads A, B and C. As the EBSC meet did not have qualifying times to enter, that is where you should be.
2. JUNIOR SHARK PRACTICE - this Sunday, 1100-1230hrs. Shannon is coming in for an extra practice for all Junior Sharks. No need to register, just show up ready to swim!
