CFB Kingston Sharks Swim Club

A swimmer may be asked to sit out of a practice for the following reasons:

• Showing up late after warm-up has been completed.
• Showing little interest in doing the swim exercises
• Inappropriate behaviour.

Please make sure your children are aware of the above rules. If you want to talk to the coach about coaching matters, please do - but only before or after the practice. While the coach is on deck she/he is trying to help the swimmers.
